Broekman specialises in providing customised logistics solutions
for producers and distributors of breakbulk freight. Every day, almost
all types of heavy lift and out-of-gauge cargo are handled at our
terminals. Other support activities such as freight forwarding,
fiscal representation and customs brokerage are also provided.

The locations of our three breakbulk terminals play a leading role
in meeting the challenges of your breakbulk cargo. Two breakbulk
terminals are located in the Port of Rotterdam, one of the world’s
largest deep-sea ports. Located on the North Sea coast, the port’s
spacious basins allow even the biggest ships to enter and depart 24
hours a day. It connects to a vast rail, road and barge infrastructure
that is perfect for the onward transportation of your large and heavy
items to and from locations in the Netherlands, Germany, Belgium,
France and beyond. Our third terminal is located in the Eemshaven,
a fast-growing deep-sea port in the North of the Netherlands that
connects you to Northern Europe.

Port of Rotterdam that offers year-round, all-weather stevedoring
for steel and metals, which removes the risk of climate damage to
cargo. Our unique project cargo & heavy lift terminal offers storage

range of sectors, from marshalling and assembling project cargo to
repairing and modifying heavy lift cargo. For specialised or unique
tasks, we’re willing to invest in extra staff training whenever it’s
needed. Once an item is ready, it can stay with us in one of our
many storage locations until it’s needed. That means you don’t
have to tie up capital by investing in additional warehousing
and logistics staff.

aspects like stock accuracy, delivery schedules and damage rates,
you can set your own KPIs.
