Expert in parent-child relations on visit at the SCMM Day-Care Centre
Cooperation and the sharing of experiences and pedagogical methods brought a Psychologist and pedagogue from Singapore with expertise on parent-child relations to visit the Macau Holy House of Mercy’s Day-Care Centre on January 29th.
Dr. Fiona Geng was entertained by the Director of the Day-Care Centre Isabel Marreiros, and after a tour of the premises and talks while exchanging views and information, had words of praise concerning the teaching methods long applied on this local establishment as well as its excellent outlook, equipment and staff skills.
On the other hand, Isabel Marreiros stressed the importance of a reinforced cooperation among counterparts in Macau and Singapore, also envisaged by Dr. Fiona Geng, pointing out the interest towards a bigger sharing of educational knowhow as a means of upgrading the SCMM Day-Care Centre staff’s levels of competence and professionalism.
