4 High performance triple weather stripping system, for maximum air and water tightness. Installed on the frame, it is kept safe from weather conditions.

5 Ninety degree sash opening for easy cleaning.

6 A steel reinforcement is added to the frame for long term durability of the opening mechanism.

7 Multi-point lock with 3 locking points.

8 Adjustable sash with a stainless steel hinge to ensure the window is set square and that the weather strips fully meet.

energy-efficient glassThe principle behind the energy-efficient glass is quite simple and effective: when the outdoor temperature is lower than indoors, the energy-efficicent glass will retain the interior heat to assure your comfort. on the opposite, when it is very warm, the glass will block sunrays, therefore keeping the ambient air cooler.
