With 50+ presses and over 50 years in business — Star Die Molding, Inc. has more than 90,000 square feet of office, tooling, production, warehouse and shipping space. We currently maintain 3 Plant locations in Elk Grove, Illinois, Wood Dale, Illinois and Queretaro, Qro Mexico. Star Die Molding excels in medical grade and industrial plastics, tooling, molding, logistics and project management. We specialize in injection, compression and insert molding as well as light assembly. Our secondary capabilities include assembly, finished goods machining, pad printing, ultrasonic welding, heat staking and hot plate welding. Custom ToolingWe build, maintain and repair new/existing molds in our 10,000+ square foot machine shop and tool room. Tools can be built/maintained in United States or off-shore.
