Eximius was founded in 2008 to supply expert talent to the financial services, legal, technology and business support sectors. Our approach has allowed us to enjoy superior market performance since inception. Today we are an established specialist search and selection firm, supporting an enviable client list across the globe. We operate from our offices in the UK and Hong Kong, enabling global mobilisation for our clients and candidates.

PERMANENT SOLUTIONSWe have specialist permanent consultants
within each of our industry sectors. They workon mid to senior level roles and cover single
vacancies as well as multiple requirements andcomplete team moves. Our consultants workclosely with clients to understand their exact
requirements to ensure a lasting fit.
INTERIM AND CONTRACT SOLUTIONSWe have made a significant investment in ourtemporary, interim and contract business. We
manage assignments that require a singlespecialist through to those that need an
integrated team.
MARKET MAPPINGMapping, shortlisting and P&L reviews aretailored to client requirements. Our market mapsfeature profiles and CVs for each candidate, andcharts illustrating seniority and reporting lines.
MANAGED SERVICESOur managed services offer an integratedrecruitment service for human resource teams.An Eximius consultant with experience in theclient sector is placed in-house to focus solelyon client recruitment requirements.
RETAINED SEARCHWorking on a retained basis, through astructured payment plan, ensures that a searchteam can act as an extension of the client’srecruitment team. The project specific team isled by a dedicated ‘delivery consultant’ andsupported by researchers. The team operates ina highly, structured manner to successfullydeliver critical assignments.

Nick Harrington CEO

Nick read architecture at Oxford Brookes Universityand gained experience in the recruitment sector with privately held UK recruitment firm Palmarium, placing lawyers into private practice firms. Nick joined Eximius to build the Eximius Law business, following the success of this initiative his reach was extended to cover the Financial team in 2012.
