Sponsored Concurrent Sessions — $22,500: Looking to reach your audience outside of the Expo Hall? We are offering exhibitors the ability to craft their own session and present to conference attendees in a concurrent session room. Imaginarium Sponsor — $22,500: Take attendees on a journey in our Imaginarium Room, a space for relaxation, reflection, networking and a little education on the side. This space would be decorated with serenity in mind but would give a sponsor the opportunity for branding along with a speaking opportunity. Let your imagination run free with the endless possibilities!
Happy Hour in the Expo Hall on Monday, April 20 — $22,500: The best-attended event at the convention, the Opening Happy Hour signals the opening of the Expo Hall. This great networking opportunity is the ultimate forum for your company to promote its brand. Sponsorship includes a silent disco area with branded headphones, a signature drink, signature drink station, your logo on cups, branded napkins and signage during the break.
Talent Talks Sponsor — $18,000: New for 2020, SHRM is excited to include even more educational opportunities on the Expo Hall floor. Talent Talks is education in small, intimate groups in 10-minute time frames. This quick format allows for high-level points to be covered and for curiosity to carry the conversation on after the session. Digital Signage — $15,000/day: Opportunity to have your logo, advertisement or video content run on digital screens throughout the meeting space. Signage would only carry sponsor’s content along with SHRM content for the chosen day.

Conference Mobile App: Grab the attention of all conference-goers with your company logo pinned to splash page and the mobile app banner. The app has become the preferred method of navigation for SHRM attendees, and this ensures your brand is part of that, too!
Opening General Session on Monday, April 20: Sponsorship of this heavily attended session includes recognition of the sponsor’s delegation from the podium and prominent display of sponsor’s logo at the General Session. Your company will also be able to provide a flyer to be placed on the table/chairs before the session begins.
Conference Padfolios: Your company name and logo will be placed in the hands of each conference attendee. These padfolios are also used again and again by our attendees once they return home from the conference.

Grand Prize Drawing in the Expo Hall: Become part of the excitement as hundreds of conference registrants gather on the last day of the exposition for the grand prize drawing in the hall. As the grand prize sponsor, attendees return their entry to your booth, and you will be able to address the crowd gathered for the drawings and announce the winners. The first prize is $250, the second prize is $500, and the grand prize is $1,000!
