Set Up and Breakdown of Exhibits Vendors may set up their displays beginning at 6:30 am on September 27. Exhibits must be in place by 7:30 am. Advance Shipping Instructions Exhibitors may ship materials in advance to The Garden City Hotel. Materials sent to the hotel will be accepted no more than three days prior to date of conference and must be shipped out no more than 24 hours from departure date. Please make sure the following is noted on the outside of your package:

The street/shipping address for The Garden City Hotel is 45 Seventh Street, Garden City, NY 11550. The receiving entrance is open from 7 am until 3 pm, Monday through Friday. Cancellation Notification of a company’s decision to cancel its commitment must be communicated to NYSOS in writing or by phone. A refund, less 20% processing fee, will be possible only if the cancellation notice is received no later than August 16. No refunds will be granted for cancellations received after August 16. NYSOS reserves the right to resell any cancelled space without notification to the canceling party, or without refunding any fee paid by the canceling party. Questions?
