This past summer I made the pilgrimage toChicago to take in “The National” Sports Showand while I have heard it referred to as theSuperbowl ™ of the hobby, it made me realizewhat a great show we have. As I write this,Toronto is basking in the international mediaattention that comes with the annual T.I.F.F. andI am now thinking of the Sport Card Expo in asimilar light: while our Expo may not be as big, itis every bit as fantastic and, we run it twice a year!

Like The National, our Expo features some of thebest dealers, partners, collectors and fans in thehobby.The most obvious difference – apart fromthe usual US/Canada 10:1 scale – is that hockey atThe National is 10-20% of what’s representedwhereas here, hockey represents more like 80% ofthe guests, exhibitors and collectors. But that too ischanging and with each Expo, I expect to see noless hockey but more of the other sports that welove and collect as well!

Without further ado, here are some of the highlightsof the November 2017 Expo – I look forward toenjoying it with you…
