Contracts received by May 1, 2014, will receive the discounted rate. Contracts received after May 1, 2014, will receive the standard rate. All contracts must be received by June 20, 2014.
Exhibit space cannot be assigned by phone.
Cancellations - Cancellations received in writing on or before August 1, 2014, will be charged a $100 processing fee per 100-square-foot booth. There will be no refunds after August 1, 2014.
