The Exertus architecture is designed for fast development where the
repeating tasks are built into programming environment and into products.
Thus there is no need for programmer to spend time to writing functions
such as reading joystick, controlling proportional valve with current
feedback or controlling hydrostatic drive he just configures them.
Our programming environment allows also multiple programmers to work
on the same project simultaneously.
Optimise Production
Well made control system simplifies also production of the customers
machine. Application is transferred to master controller which distiributes
needed settings and parts of the control algorithm to other controllers in
the system.
The application helps on calibrating the actuators in the system and
stores the values as factory defaults.
Before shipping out a copy of the machine application and parameter
settings is stored to memory stick.
Simplify Support and Maintenance
Control system not only controls the machine but it also helps its
operator. It tells to him why his command can not be executerd if that is
the case.
On problem cases diagnostics functions help on searching the source of
problems, The intelligent slave controllers can be replaced by the operator
as the master controller keeps their settings in shape.

Multi Information Controller
MIC2000S
The MIC2000S is embedded Linux based high end controller with loads
of features. It combines traditional I/O controller, display controller and
data logger with set of interfaces such as Ethernet, USB, RS232 and
CAN. It also enables showing multiple camera pictures on attached
remote display(s). As the unit has two dispaly controllers each display
cano show different user interface. The built-in audio output can be used
e.g. for voice messages.
Optionally it can be equipped with WLAN, RF interface and with an
internal SD memory card. It is commonly used as NMT master for
machine automation system. It can store and load application to the nodes
in the system making commissioning and maintenance easier.

equipped with also H-bridge capable to supply 120A current
simultaneously. It has 53 configurable I/O lines. In addtion to normal high

Compact Display Controller
CDC2000X
The CDC2000X is compact display and I/O controller with 33 configurable I/O lines.
The unit has rich set of interfaces such as RTOS (Real Time Operating System), two CAN interfaces, RS232 and USB port. RTOS allows settings priorities so that one can be sure the imjportant tasks are executed in timely manner. The built in Real Time Clock allows logging events with time stamp.
The unit has plenty of memory and it can take any role in a system from CAN NMT Master to secondary display.
The built-in alarm clock feature of RTC can be used for example to switch on the engine pre-heating system.
