Hey there! Chakras Out Of Balance? Now let’s talk Re-Alignment!

Think of your body as a road way with stop lights (red, green, yellow) at each intersection. Yellow – caution (slow down), it gives warning one or more of your chakras need attention. Red – stop, one or more of your chakras are off and immediate attention is needed. Green – go, all is well with your chakras. You know you will need to take heed at each intersection. The body too gives warning, letting you know when to proceed or slow down.

The Chakra System - Where they are located!!

Root chakra (Muladhara) is located around our pubic region/low pelvis. Sacral chakra (Svadhisthana) is located in your lower abdomen. Solar plexus chakra (Manipura) is located above the belly button.

Heart chakra (Anahata) is located in the center of the chest. Throat chakra (Vishudda) is located in the area of the Adams apple. Third Eye chakra (Ajna) is located in between our eyebrows. Crown chakra (Sahasrara) is located at the top of the head.

Chakras are similar to windmills. The energy coming from the wind causes the blades on the windmill to spin around. The blades are linked to the main tube, which spins a generator and in turn produces electricity. The energy coming from your body is your electricity. It causes each chakra to function as they should (each has their own job). Make sure you have the right amount of energy for each chakra. Depending on which chakra you are working with or need to work with can help you determine how much energy is needed. Chakras are located at seven power points along our body. Each of the points are connected with a certain set of organs which produces a certain type of body function within.

When one chakra is off, it effects all the other chakras as the energy cannot flow easily.

Hey! Yes, I am talking to you! Do you know if your chakra is out of balance?

Although the body shows outward signs of aches and pains when out of balance, it can also show it is out of balance by feeling. You can be healthy but not feel like you are in control; “I feel as if something is not right” or, “I am feeling out of sync, nothing is going as it should be in my personal life.” Each chakra is connected with an area in your body, effecting you sometimes with physical and mental indicators around that area which can help you understand what’s going on with the energetic body. The chakra is a subject that can go on and on and on (ha, ha) for weeks or months so we will only touch the surface. The Root Chakra:

Chakra Healing Tools Gemstones Gemstones were in use long ago and there are many uses for them. They are used in the healing of the mind, body and spirit. Spiritual and metaphysical healers incorporate the use of stones into their working. One method of healing with gemstones is called laying on of stones. Make sure the stones are cleansed prior to use. A different gemstone associated with each chakra is to be placed onto that body part to absorb the negative energy and imbue the chakra with positive energy. Root Chakra - smoky quartz, red jasper Sacral Chakra - fire opal, tiger's eye Solar Plexus Chakra - topaz, moonstone Heart Chakra - Rose quartz, green aventurine

Throat Chakra - Turquoise, blue aragonite Third Eye Chakra - blue aventurine, angelite Crown Chakra - Amethyst, white topaz

Color Therapy Color treatment works to re-balance our chakras by applying the proper color to the body. Since ancient times, color has been used as a healing tool to treat various ailments. Color therapy is an all-inclusive approach that involves different colors for treating various diseases and emotional disorders.

Choose a certain type of color and focus on helping to bring in that energy to balance the chakras. For example: If you have to speak in front of a class and need help with that energy wear a blue shirt or scarf, or eat some blueberries!!

Breath Breath exercises can be enormously calming and refreshing. It helps with healing for your chakras and energizes the body. As a bonus it can also produce some unexpected discoveries. Inhaling and exhaling into any one/each chakra is powerful because when you breathe in mindfulness and/or purpose you are aligning your body up for a powerful healing. Intentional breathing exercise has power! The power to push the gunk out, to calm the mind and to help with balancing any misalignment within the body.

Sound Using music, instruments, and/or our voice can be a very powerful tool for raising vibration/energy to help with aligning or tuning up our chakras. Each chakra has a matching mantra (vowel) sound or tone that helps regulate our chakras. Certain types of music and instruments can help you connect with and balance your chakras:

Incense, Oils, and Herbs There are old-fashioned herbs and plants like peppermint that can help with the throat chakra. The use of peppermint can help to remove the build up and allow your throat chakra to enrich its power. By using the peppermint to breathe in you are realigning your chakra. There are many, many herbs associated with each chakra, some of the common ones are cinnamon (helps in conversations/throat chakra), rosemary (positive self-control/Solar Plexus), and lavender (wisdom, enlightenment/Crown chakra).

BeeHive Coven The Witches can help you get the mud (muck) out of your Chakras. This is an in person service. The cleansing is conducted with a guided meditation. The cleansing incorporates all of the methods listed above.
