E X E C U T I V E T E A M ADAM PITLUK, PUBLISHER A lifelong angler from Moreland Hills, Ohio, Adam grew up fishing for Walleye on Lake Erie. Over the years, he’s crisscrossed the country catching Muskie in Wisconsin, Marlin in Florida, Rainbow Trout in Missouri and Smallmouth Bass in Texas. When he moved to the Lone Star State in 2004, Adam grew fond of the riffle as well. He is the author of Standing Eight and Damned To Eternity , both books critically acclaimed studies of the hu- man condition. He is the former Editor-in-Chief of American Way magazine, the in-flight magazine of American Airlines, and is also a former reporter for Time and People magazines. JOHN RADZWILLA, EDITOR-IN-CHIEF John Radzwilla is the founder of New World Public Relations. Working in sales and marketing during his early career, John realized it not only was an understanding of marketing, but also the ability to connect and engage a business with the public that creates a recipe for success. John is an avid outdoorsman, hunter, and fisherman. He enjoys traveling to exciting hunting and fishing destina- tions. His love for the outdoors is only topped by his love of sharing the outdoors with others. KIMBERLY FERRANTE PROJECT MANAGER Kimberly Ferrante has almost two decades of publishing and client relations experience. She spent the first part of her career working in design and management in Neiman Marcus’ corporate office before transitioning into an executive direc- tor role at JC Penney. Kimberly is an award-win- ning writer and editor, and her management philosophy ensure that there is constant direct contact between the client and Midwest Luxury Publishing. A native of St. Louis, she lives in Dallas with her husband and two daughters. NATALIE RADZWILLA DIRECTOR OF ADVERTISING Natalie Radzwilla is a graduate of Mercyhurst University and the Fashion Institute of Technolo- gy. With a diverse background from a decade of sales and marketing in the hunting and fishing conservation industry, Natalie has raised millions of dollars to support global wildlife conservation efforts. In her free time, Natalie serves the com- munity as the current Mrs. North Texas, America. DAVID HALLORAN, ART DIRECTOR Splashing around in the rivers of Central Texas before he could walk, David has spent most of his life in the great outdoors. The Austin-native has ventured to nearly every corner of the state, and beyond, camping, hiking, kayaking, backpacking and exploring in search of the next great photo op. He is the former photo editor for American Airlines’ in-flight magazines and has been includ- ed in other publications such as D Magazine. GARY PAPARELLA LOGISTICS COORDINATOR Gary Paparella spent 31 years in the soft drink business. Serving the industry from the ground up, he worked his way from entry level positions to the executive level of Dr. Pepper Snapple Corporation. Retiring as the Director of Human Resources at the height of his career, Gary has been a small business owner now for 10 years. He resides in Texas with his wife Liza.
