About GOVmotusGOVmotus™ is a web-based tool that helps cities manage, automate and track building department processes. Developed from the SharePoint 2010 version of FIT, GOVmotus™ will be designed using SharePoint 2013. It will be offered in four multi-tiered product bundles that range from a free basic version to increasingly robust versions with various price points.

Citizen ValueGOVmotus™ provides citizens with an easy-to-use tool to access building department services. GOVmotus™ increases contractors’ operational efficiency by driving down costs and saving time.

GOVmotus ™ offers low- or no-cost solutions to a cumbersome process which brings value and sustainability to local governments and their communities (as identified in Goals I and IV of the IBTS Strategic Plan).
