Lawrence Joseph Vilardo (Cal. No. 140)

Ordered, That at 5 p.m. on Monday, October 26, 2015, the Senate proceed to executive session to consider the nomination

of Lawrence Joseph Vilardo, of New York, to be United States District Judge for the Western District of New York.

Ordered further, That there then be up to 30 minutes of debate on the nomination, and that following the use or yielding

back of time the Senate vote on the nomination without intervening action or debate, that following disposition of the nomination

the motion to reconsider be considered made and laid upon the table with no intervening action or debate; that no further

motions be in order to the nomination; that the President be immediately notified of the Senate’s action and the Senate then

resume legislative session. (Oct. 22, 2015.)
