to compliment the food you have chosen from our menu.

We have employed the services of a world renowned

Rum ambassador to selectively create our drinks menu

and our staff are here to recommend and discuss with you

the type of drink that will compliment your choice of food.

Each drink has a history and we will be more than

delighted to share this history with you. Our aim is

to create an true Caribbean experience for you.
