It includes Heydon on Contract, the latest edition of which was published byleading legal publisher Thomson Reuters in May last year. The text retails forclose to $300.

In a statement on Friday, Thomson Reuters' senior vice president of corporateaffairs, David Crundwell, said the company was "aware of the High Court’s publicstatement regarding the findings of their independently-commissionedinvestigation into the conduct of former Justice Heydon".

Mr Heydon was "a contributor to two of our legal publications", he said.

"As an organisation we are committed to a zero-tolerance approach toward sexualharassment, which extends to our partners, suppliers and contributors. As a resultwe are reviewing our relationship in light of these findings," Mr Crundwell said.

The publisher of the Sydney-based Federation Press, Jason Monaghan, said MrHeydon's book Heydon: Selected Speeches and Papers "continues to be available forpurchase" and "we have no further comment to make".

The Herald contacted LexisNexis, another major legal publisher of Mr Heydon'sworks including the leading text Cross on Evidence, but did not receive a responseby deadline.

Heydon sexually harassed six formerjudge's associates, five of whom hadworked for him.

High Court Chief Justice Susan Kiefelsaid the women had been believed andthe findings were of "extreme concern".

"We're ashamed that this could havehappened at the High Court ofAustralia," she said.

Mr Heydon's lawyers, Speed andStracey, said in a statement that "any allegation of predatory behaviour orbreaches of the law is categorically denied by our client."

"Our client says that if any conduct of his has caused offence, that result wasinadvertent and unintended, and he apologises for any offence caused," thestatement read.

"The inquiry was an internal administrative inquiry and was conducted by a publicservant and not by a lawyer, judge or a tribunal member. It was conducted withouthaving statutory powers of investigation and of administering affirmations oroaths."
