Read the GUARANTEE on the label
The GUARANTEE identifies the common name of the active ingredient. The active ingredient is the part of the product which controls the pest. If the active ingredient is not on the Excluded Pesticide list, it may not be used by residents.
Only approved applicators may apply pesticides that are not on the Excluded list.
Commonly used pesticides that are restricted and only approved applicators may apply:

Mecoprop (MCPP) Herbicide in weed control products
