Our offices are open 24 hours Mon to Fri and Sat & Sun from 8am to 8pm
with no extra charge for weekend working. We also offer a free collection
and delivery service within the City. Being ideally located behind the Royal
Courts of Justice just off Chancery Lane, Legastat are best set for getting

Photocopying
We offer a full copying & printing service to all
our clients, enabling us to produce A0+ in colour
or B&W, single or double sided!
We have a significant fleet of machines allowing
us to produce over 50,000 A4 B&W pages per
hour across 10 high volume machines, giving us
the ability to produce over 1 million pages per
day of continuous running!
Being a supplier to many law firms, the profile of documents we are
requested to copy is significant and documents containing large no‘s of
staples, dividers, post-it notes, sticky tags, hand-written comments etc is
very common and never a problem. We also
reconstruct all documents to their original state
unless otherwise agreed.
One of our specialties is in reductions to
double-sided A5 for working documents, a
handier size for pocket or bag, ideal for making
notes on whilst traveling.
We can bind documents in all major styles inc.
comb, velo and unibind formats with card and
acetate coves to protect your documents and make them more attractive &
durable.
Because of our location to The Royal Courts of Justice we can produce court
bundles inc. pagination and indexing extremely quickly and have them
returned to the court or to your office at a quicker rate than almost anyone.
We can also duplicate your CD‘s and DVD‘s with our 11-bay replicator.
This allows up to 11 copies of a disc to be produced simultaneously. We can
also produce jewel case covers for claw case covers (DVD‘s) or just simple
paper sleeves, whichever is the best for you!

Legastat‘s colour capability is significant. With the
recent acquisition of the Xerox Docu-colour 700
colour press, colour enabled Ricoh Aficio MPC7501
to our existing Xerox Docu-colour 252‘s, we now
have the capability of producing over 12,000 pages
per hour, full colour A4 sheets up to photographic
quality.
The technology runs through the Docu-colour series with a flatter paper path
and simpler more robust design ensuring longer times between call outs and
greater productivity and reliability.
With the new DC700 we now have the capability to run 220gsm stock
double-sided through the main trays maintaining A to B side registration is
within 0.5mm tolerance. This is ideal for heavy stock covers, point-of-sale
(POS) / marketing material.
For short run colour, Legastat are ideally suited to have the documents
printed or copied extremely quickly but with a high standard of image
quality and finishing. Whether its documents for a meeting, handouts for a
presentation or glossy literature for a marketing event we can supply you
with ease and confidence!

Wide Format/Plans
Our wide format capability is quite significant with
several machines supplying a range of options to copy,
print or scan sheets up to A0+ size (1m wide). With our
KIP3000 and KIP8000 units we are able copy and print
at over 1400 A1 B&W sheets per hour and scan over
1000 colour or B&WA1 sheets per hour.
The KIP range contains image smoothing technology
(IST); with conventional printing some lines appear uneven, but with IST it
carefully adds additional dots to provide superior images, greyscales,
diagonals and curves.
The image on the left is from a conventional print output and the image on
the right is from Kips IST print output.
Our HP Designjet4500 prints 120 A1 full colour
sheets per hour in line-art mode and 12 per hour in
2400 DPI photographic mode. We are able to put a
wide range of media through inc coated, glossy,
heavyweight coated, inkjet, natural tracing, photo,
plain, semi-gloss, super heavyweight coated,
translucent bond & vellum.
We can also provide UV solvent-based external banners that are water-proof
and durable on a vast range of media inc plastics and metals both flexible
and solid sheets via several of our business partners.

Scanning
Legastat provides high-quality scanning
services for archiving, backup and
litigation support and has many years of
experience in this market. The service is
carried out in Central London by
experienced operators who are used to

including Bowe Bell & Howell, Kodak, Ricoh and Xerox.

Enhancements means no missed or poor quality scans.

Optical Character Recognition (OCR) services to create editable
documents from existing paper files
Through ISO9001:2008 and BIP0008 standards we ensure
that the data we create is a true and certified copy of the
original paper version. This is done by tracking the
documents from the recipient through collection, scanning
& coding operation to return of hard copy originals and
electronic files and associated administration. All actions,
equipment maintenance and staff training are documented to provide an
audit trail of capability and authenticity back to the original files.
Using Kofax Ascent Capture allows us to utilize this
industry-standard scanning software to ensure that
all scans are clear and an accurate reproduction of
the original hard copy document. Kofax also
integrates with many of the most common document management systems
and litigation support solutions, ensuring that whatever our client‘s
document storage solutions are, the files we produce are compatible.

E-bibles Our e-bible service allows us to take both hardcopy and
electronic documents and place them on a CD or DVD with
hyperlinks or bookmarks to navigate around the documents.
The disc contains many of the functions of a document
management system and allows you to search the
documents for key words or to navigate through specific
documents via an electronic index. This acts like looking at an index of a file
and turning to the selected tabbed section, page or individual document.
But unlike a book a CD (even more so a DVD) can
store many thousands of pages, images, documents
or even video files. On average a CD can store up
to 150,000 pages of text. That‘s the equivalent to
50 books or lever arch files of around 300 pages.
E-bibles can be used to store and transfer vast
amounts of information without the need for
expensive photocopying and courier charges. For
multiple copies simply produce extra copies of the
disc at a fraction of extra paper copies! It also
reduces the amount of paper you need to carry or
allows you to keep much more information with
you when out and about.
If necessary the documents or the entire disc can be encrypted; therefore if
the disc were lost, no data would be visible unless the correct passwords are
used.
We can provide a simple hyperlink to a scanned index page with simple
search functions to branded Internet Explorer, MS Office or PDF that will
look like a web-page, animations and with all document searches across all
files.
All e-bibles can be placed in a variety of cases or covers inc. jewel case,
clam cases, or paper covers. All option inc colour printed branded covers
and direct-to-disc printing.

Document Finishing
Legastat can bind your documents in a myriad of different ways to suit the
use of the documents. Our trained staff will be happy to advise on the
various ways in which we can finish your documents so please ask if you
need some advice.
We can bind with clear acetate cover on the front and back with a card back
or various colours with the above binding styles of Comb, Wiro, Coil and
Velo. We can also Perfect glue bind which is highly
durable. Wealso staple online, paperclips, treasury tags,
Acco clips or 2-hole punch and place in leverarch files in
black or white with front and side pockets for labels.
Business Stationery
Legastat can supply a full suite of business
stationery, letter heads, compliment slips, business
cards and envelopes on a range of papers incl.
recycled and high-quality paper such as Conqueror
or Connoisseur.
We will ensure the highest quality service & product
through-out the process from design, proofing,
production and delivery and we expect all our
customers will be satisfied with the speed of turn-
around as well as the quality of the products. As part of your stationery suite
you may require banker or archive boxes either plain or with your branding
again we can off these with recycled materials or high white finish to

Our Digital production unit can produce documents from all the major files
types inc MS Office, image files, drawing & CAD files as well as design
packages and MAC files. We will also open ZIP and RAR compressed files.
Using sophisticated processing tools we can automatically print documents
from Email, CD, DVD, USB or uploaded files to our FTP site. These
documents will then be analysed and we can report to you quickly the
quantity of documents and volume of printing from your media. This is
useful if you are required to print large no‘s of files supplied to you by
another source such as disclosed documents in a litigation case.
The files can be produced in your required order with document separations
of your choice such as numbered dividers or coloured sheets and placed in
leverarch files or bound.
We can produce folded & stitched booklets such as magazines,
reports or brochures or technical manuals in colour or B&W as an
A5 or A4 booklet. These documents can also be stapled, comb
bound, velo bound, coil bound or perfect bound.
All of our copiers are multifunction devices and can copy, print
