PROJECT MANAGEMENT

Alumak’s in-house design department develops detailed engineering drawings forStructural Glazing and Cladding systems using the latest technology that includes;Designed façades complimenting the design intent, Shop Drawings (for approvaland installation), Fabrication Drawings (for all components), Production Orders &Structural Calculations. On the part of System designing Custom systems areprepared to meet the needs of architectural aesthetics.

Alumak’s designs own systems customized profiles mainly for Unitized, SemiUnitized, canopies, skylights etc

A team of dedicated personnel is employed to carry out the entire projectleaving no scope for deviation or any non-conformance. The entire team,from site location to Head Office, connect during very short intervals forupdates and exchange of information for further improved andimplementation.

The project management team manage the flow of Material and Resourcesinstallation on time.

FABRICATION & ASSEMBLING

Alumak has a full fledged factory set up at Borivali (E), The Factory is fullyequipped unit & technically advanced and capable to match therequirements of any level to execute the any size of the projects. Allcomponents for Unitized, Semi unitized Glazing, Cladding come together atthe shop facility configured exclusively for fabrication and assembly. Thisinclude: Extrusions and Profiles, Vision & spandrel Panels with Clear,Tinted, Reflective and Thermal Assembly, Single/Double Glazed units,Aluminum Composite Panels, Aluminum Joinery (Doors, Windows,Louvered Windows, Ventilators), Point Fixed glazing.

We depute / employ sufficient staff to look after entire fabricationactivities with their technical expertise.

INSTALLATION / SITE EXECUTION

QUALITY ASSURANCE

The execution team manages the flow of the material at site andinstallation on time. This comprises various activities like: survey ofstructure, Placement of all supports. Aligning and fixing, Fixing of panels,finishing with sealant iteration, trim and Accessories.

During Assembly and installation phases of Structural Glazing/Claddingprojects, all components are subjected to vigorous quality monitoring.This involves checking activities of: Extrusion Tolerances, Alloy andTemper Verification, Fastener Testing, Joinery Alignment, SiliconeApplication and Adhesion, Glass Installation and Defects Monitoring, UnitSureness, Paint Integrity, Field Water Testing.
