Exams occur outside of class during the exam schedule. Please locate your exam time and room.

Students in Grade 9 and 10 may receive exam recommendations which exempt them from writing the exam.

ALL GRADE 9 AND 10 SCIENCE STUDENTS MUST WRITE THE FINAL PRACTICAL EXAM.

All non-exempt Grade 9 and 10 students and all Grade 11 and 12 students must write a scheduled final exam.

Any student who is absent from an exam will receive a 0 grade unless prior arrangements have been made with

an Administrator and a verified Dr. medical note is received.

Buses arrive and depart at the usual time.

Hats, book bags, jackets, notebooks, textbooks, electronic devices must be left in the designated area in the ex-

am room.

You will have restricted access your locker while other students are writing exams in the area where your lock-

er is located.

Exams begin Friday June 23, at 12noon and continue through to Wednesday June 28 at 8:45 am.

Exams will be written in the morning (start @ 8:45am) except on Fri June 23 which will start at 12 noon. Con-

flict exams will be written in the afternoon (start @ 12 noon)

ALL TEXTBOOKS MUST BE RETURNED AT THE BEGINNING OF YOUR EXAM !
