Established since 2010, EWORKS started as a boutique software development and solution integrator in Bangkok. With a small , but able team – we have delivered a range of solutions across a diverse client base such as manufacturing, aviation, energy, commodities and private & public enterprises. With a total registered capital of 4 Million Baht, EWORKS started with providing SAP records management solutions and has since then invested time and manpower into development of Business Management solutions for SME’s, HR 360 appraisal software, Amusement Park Management Solution and Document Management Solutions. EWORKS has also increased its presence via the provision of recruitment and IT Outsourcing services, providing skilled manpower for both technical and non-technical roles. EWORKS is capable of serving clients within the region and is currently Thailand, Indonesia & South Africa. Our customers speak volumes of our credibility and can vouch for our expertise and experience in respective areas of information technology consulting and solution implementation capabilities. HR 360° Anonymous Appraisal Software Get accurate feedback and analytical metrics on 360° feedback within your employees

360 Degree Feedback is a process to receive confidential, anonymous feedback from the peer groups within an organisation. For effective results, about eight to twelve people provide anonymous feedback on questions covering a broad range of workplace competencies. Raters provide feedback using a rating scale on various questions that form part of the feedback questionnaire. The overall feedback is

generated using a feedback measuring algorithm along with written comments provided by the raters for the participants. The person receiving feedback (participant) also provides self-rating which is used to benchmark results against other feedback groups.
