EVOLVE is dedicated to a world where everyone has nurturing, permanent, and supportive family relationships. We accomplish this by providing eth-ical, high quality adoption and foster care programs, pregnancy services, child-focused recruitment, and family support.

EVOLVE Adoption & Family Services was formed in the summer of 2014 through a union of two strong, growing agencies, each with over 38 years of adoption and family support experience: Crossroads Adoption Services and HOPE Adoption & Family Services.

We provide locally brewed ales throughout Wiscon-sin and Minnesota and produce only unfiltered and unpasteurized ales. This more traditional method of brewing means that we need to stay local to keep our product at peak freshness. Without the filtering of our beer, which strips out the yeast and valuable flavor profiles, it is necessary to keep our products cool at all times. oftentimes giving it a slightly cloudy appearance in the glass.

Family Support ServicesThroughout the year, EVOLVE offers many opportunities for families who wish to participate in events or ongoing support tailored specifically for adoptive families, foster care providers, adoptive persons, youth in foster care, or anyone interested in strengthening their family through additional support.

Meet the Experts - Families are invited to a workshop where an expert in the field presents a subject of interest to families and allows for interaction and small group work.

Meet the Parents - Families and children share experiences in a panel, peer-to-peer format with time for discussion and questions.

Waiting Families Group - A group meeting monthly to receive support during the adoption waiting process.

Connections Program - EVOLVE now has a program to help connect individuals in Minnesota and western Wisconsin who have shared similar experiences. It’s called Connections, and its goal is to bring together adoptive parents, adult adoptees, birth parents, foster parents, pre-adoptive parents, and more!

Proactive Parenting Support Group - The Proactive Parenting Support Group is a place for current or prospective adoptive parents and those who provide foster care to encourage one another through community, education, and common understanding.
