Kit includes: Pop-up frame, Mag Bars(for exact number refer to table onback page), D-end graphic panels and Front and/or rear graphic panels

Take the frame, ensuring that the hanging studs are at the top. Stand the frame on the floor (2)and open up (3) until the locking arms lock the frame securely into place (4)

Add the mag bars onto theframe for front, D-endsand if applicable, the rear.

Ensure the mag bars lockonto the magnetic hubssecurely.

Unwrap each graphiccarefully and attach tothe frame.

Carefully hook the tophanger onto the studs ofon the top node.

Smooth the graphic ontothe mag bars, ensuringthat it sits flat and isaligned to the centre lineof each mag bar.

Attach the D-End panelfront vertical edge.Curve the graphic roundto the back and attach theback vertical edge tocomplete.

Repeat steps 8 and 9 for the rest of the graphic panels.This applies to front and rear graphics if applicable.

Finally, attach theremaining D-End panel. Important note:

Remove all mag barsbefore collapsing thepop-up frame.

Assembly Instructions

Remove the backing paperfrom the graphic hanger.

Curved Pop-up assembly

Apply the hanger to the topinside edge of the panelensuring that it is flush to thepanel edge.

Remove the backing paperfrom the kicker and apply tothe bottom edge of thepanel.

Remove the backing paperfrom the mag tape. Apply toboth sides of the panel,keeping it flush to the edge.

NB D-End panels donot require kickers.

Important note:Remove all mag bars beforecollapsing the pop-up frame.

Apply mag tape to straight panels accordingto the diagram (all dimensions are approx).

NB - If using graphic panels with straight hangersfollow the Curved graphic panel finishing instructions.

NB - If using graphic panels with Straight hangers follow the assembly instructions for Curved pop-ups.

Add the mag bars ontothe frame, vertically forfront and D-end panels.Then add horizontal magbars across the top andbottom of the frame.

For Double sided graphicsfit mag bars to the rear,running vertically andhorizontally across thepop-up frame.

Ensure that the magbars lock onto themagnetic pip securely.

Unwrap each graphiccarefully and attach tothe system.
