    Evolution

    -On Concentration

Mind can only process one thought at a time. The process of varied thoughts

switchover is inherited by our natural instinct of analyzing observationsthrough eyes, listening through ears or various movements of our body parts. This in turn aids in

reacting spontaneously to opportunities or threats.

But there are innumerable instances where an individual doesnt need a spontaneous reaction!

Mind also has an inherent ability to process a single thought for essentially a longer duration to achieve

the performance output to the satisfaction and the intended purpose.

However, the ability to utilize mind as per an individuals need is a

skill and a habit acquired through practice. For a mind that generates varied thoughts continuously

which disturbs the concentration or generates stress, the best way is to start with small targeted

    packets of concentrating.

Before starting an activity, set a target of concentrating for 10, 15 or 20 minutes.

Then continue the work with consequent targets of 10, 15 or 20 minutes which eventually develops into a habitof concentrating for a longer duration and acquiring skills that helps you

evolve into an individual with halo!

In fact the meditation achieves this similar purpose. The concentration is at its best when there are no surrounding noises, no nearby frequent movements

of other individuals and arbitrary movements of our own body since these diverts our concentration and attention.

A basic meditation is done with closed eyes in calm and quite surroundings while repeatedly and silently

reciting pious dialect. This eventually develops into a habit and an acquired skill of concentration or bliss!

The thoughts that generate anger, stress, frustration, and disappointment are also to be tackled individually as a packet

    of negative thoughts.

An individual must develop an organized, systematic and planned processing ofpositive as well as negative thoughts of mind to achieve a balance.

A mind tuned in this manner, will on its own filter out unwanted signals

and help to concentrate in the purpose in a matter of time.

    This is

The secret of converting failures to success.

The secret of facing challenges with an uncompromising attitude. The secret of individuals setting examples of being successful in their vision and motives.

    Amen.
