    M U Eviews l phn mm c thit k ring cho cc m hnh kinh t lng v chui thi gian. Phn mm ny ph hp cho ging dy v hc tp kinh t lng cho i tng sinh vin i hc v sau i hc. Hin nay (1/2013) c phin bn thng mi Eviews7, t phin bn Eviews5 c yu cu ci t cng nh bn quyn. Eviews4 khng yu cu ci t v bn quyn, c th ti v t trang mng khoa Ton kinh t. Khi nm c cc k nng vi Eviews4, vic chuyn sang thc hnh vi cc phin bn cao hn l hon ton tng t. Do ph hp vi thc trng ti Vit Nam, vi mc tiu to iu kin thun li nht cho sinh vin, ti liu ny c vit cho thc hnh phin bn Eviews4. Vi s i mi ca gio trnh v chng trnh ging dy Kinh t lng ti i hc Kinh t quc dn t nm 2013, ni dung hng dn thc hnh cng c s thay i ph hp. Ni dung trc ht s s dng cc s liu cho, sau thc hin vi s liu chui thi gian. Tp chy chng trnh Eviews c biu tng l . Nhn vo biu tng ca Eviews, ca s chnh ca chng trnh xut hin.     Trong la chn Open, c bn dng nh dng tp c th m:

    - Dng Workfile: l tp d liu v thc hin cc phn tch thng thng. y l dng c bn, trong tp c th lu s liu, cc th, cc phng trnh hi quy, kt qu c lng.

    - Dng Database: c s d liu, bao gm nhiu nh dng. - Dng Program: cc chng trnh c lp trnh trc - Dng Text File: cc tp lu tr dng vn bn
