The cost to participate is $100 per team. Teams need to have at least 6 players and since this is an adult only, co-ed tourna- ment, teams must have at least 2 females on it. Please have your student here and in the gym by 5:45 PM if they are not in band. If your child is in band please have them here by 5:30 PM. We are looking forward to a great con- cert! Library Fines/Overdue Books ____________________________ If you have library books due or fines to pay, please try to have that taken care of before the last day of school. Fines that carry- over into next school year will prevent your child from checking out books. After this week, students will not be able to check out books. Please make every effort to get this taken care of. ____________________________ The last day for students to charge on accounts that are below zero is Wednesday, May 10th. If your student(s) have ac- counts that are below zero please make sure to have a zero balance before the last day of school.

**Attendance**

Students are at risk of being marked truant when a call or written note from a parent/legal guardian is not presented to the school within three (3) days of an absence. The defi-nition of an absence includes: a partial or full day absent from school. These types of absences can all be marked truant if contact from the parent/legal guardian is not made within the allowed time limit. If you are taking your child out of school for a trip, you need to fill out the pre-arranged absence forms and return them to the office at least 2 days before the trip or the absences are unexcused. These forms may be picked up in the office or printed off from our school website.

in the office for purchase!

Soft cover yearbooks are $20

and hard cover yearbooks

are $25. Supplies are limited

so stop in as soon as you

can!

Volunteers Needed For Field Day!

Tonopah Elementary School is looking for volunteers to help out with our end-of-the-year field day! The event will take place on Thursday, May 18, 2017. If you are able to help out in any capacity, please con-tact the office or Jessica Blackburn directly. Volunteers are needed to make this event a success! Please con-sider helping out if you can!
