professionally managed and reliable Water Chilling Units manufacturer and service

provider, we provide a high performance Water Chilling Plants used in various

industries. These Advanced International Chilling Plants are used for water chilling.

Chilled Water is used in various industrial processes such as chemical industry,

mould cooling, milk plants, food industry and many others. Chilled water is a source

of indirect cooling energy, centralized at one place and circulated to entire plant at

with Freon circuit, blower fan and condenser. Condenser sizing is designed to have

SHELL & TUBE WATER COOLED WATER CHILLER

These chillers are available in a wide range of capacities from 5 TR to 350 TR with single compressor. Screw Chillers with refrigerant R134a & R407C are being added to the present range of R22-Air Cooled and Water Cooled Screw Chillers. These Chillers are energy efficient and robust in construction and are developed with latest technology which includes R134a optimized screw compressor, highly efficient DX cooler and air cooled condenser. The latest generation, highly efficient copper tubes are incorporated in the cooler. Electronic expansion valves and the advanced MCS Magnum Controller are also incorporated. The units have a very low input kW to High TR performance.

These chillers are available in a wide range of capacities from 5 TR to 90 TR. Their

tropicalised design ensures that they operate efficiently even at high ambient

temperatures that are frequently encountered in many parts of India. These chillers

are not only easy to install and commission but also ideally suited for handling

varying load applications due to their multiple compressor configuration.

BRINE CHILLERS

The glycol chillers, brine chillers, air cooled brine chillers, water cooled brine chillers offered by Everest Re f r ige raa t ion a re , Spec ia l l y manufactured suiting the customer requirement. We offers these low temperature Glycol / Brine upto an operating temperature of (-) 50°C for which compressors can be single stage open type / double stage open type / double stage semi hermetic / single stage screw depending on the size and the temperature requirement of the customer.

For very low temperature application even Cascade systems are used for quick cooling. The material of construction is selected carefully depending on the appl icat ion temperature and special alloys steel is used for ultra lower temperature application. These chillers can be air-cooled or water-cooled depending on the customer requirement.
