Roles & Responsibilities

Volunteer ResponsibilitiesSign in each day in the conference office 801B to receive coupons for meals for the MTCC food court in the trade show area

Dress appropriately, comfortable shoes, black or khaki pants and conference shirt (colour-teal)

As a representative of HRPA you must maintain a professional image and confidentiality at all times and adhere to HRPA policies:

Adhere to the HRPA Code of Ethics, confidentiality (sign-off is required)

Adhere to HRPA’s AODA policy (sign-off is required).

Registered delegates are first in at all Keynotes and Sessions

Committee Chairs & Team Leads will assign specific hours and provide individual schedules.

Be fair and respectful to everyone

Volunteers are responsible for their accommodation and transportation to and from the conference
