Event registrants are required to have login credentials to register for an event. This webinar provides instruction on providing login information to prospects who would like to register for an event.
Purpose
AudienceIntermediate Admissions users as well as anyone responsible for events that require registration by individuals without login credentials.

Events Office View SetupAdmissions/Tracking Parameters (PM/PAT)
• To receive an email notification when a prospect expresses interest in an event, select and enter contact info.
• Define the online form that is to be presented when a prospect expresses interest in an event.

Define duplicate processing and create login information for prospects expressing interest in an event.
(Note: PM/GP Web Parameters should already have Prospect user group defaulted.)

Enter batch entry notification email addresses on the AMCAS Post Parameters screen.
Note: Without this information, prospects could receive an error upon final submission of their form.

Create a form collecting basic information to create a record within EMPOWER.• Make it available to prospects• Select the post parameters that were created on PM/PAT
• Auto post when user finishes• Provide a URL back to registration

Define email text providing login information. One email can be set up to provide a user ID and the second email can be set up to provide a password.
