EVENT CONCEPT: Life is busy, stressful and people are always on the move, quite literally! The Kolkata Smile Caravan organized by On the Rox E-magazine(www.ontheroxmag.com), one of the first of its kind in Kolkata, seeks to gift people some fun, laughter and quality times even in their busiest moments. The whole concept of having a sponsor relates to the very basic fact that the sponsor is the giver of this smile through his/her contests, promotional activities, games and other entertainment.

July, 2015- College Square/Coffee House pavement

August, 2015- Golpark & Gariahat adjacent area

September, 2015- Park Street (entire stretch from Park Hotel to St. Xavier’s)

October(1st week), 2015 – In front of New Market Area/Lindsay Street

October(Last week), 2015 - Indoor Event- Tentatively 6 Ballygunge Place(Hotel)/Similar

EVENT COMPONENTS:Primary theme based contest and games where the sponsor gets to give out or announce prizes for participants. Themes and other activities will be decided and aligned according to the branding goals of the company (s) sponsoring the event post consultation with company executives and management personnel. Mostly like Talent hunt, Street Plays, Unplugged sessions, Games, Quizzes and much more…

Entertainment and other cultural activities often backed by POPULAR FACES in the city which will also directly draw more people to the event

These roadshows will work as a firm foundation towards building up the craze for the sponsor’s brand at the main event of On The Rox, Infusion 2015 which is a part of the roadmap established through this proposal

On The Rox representatives will be present in full force along with a known RJs to helm the programme

Our dedicated team of Campus Buzz will ensure most of the youth(campus crowd) to be present in all the events.

POSSIBILITIES FOR SPONSOR1. By positioning himself/herself as the main facilitator of these smiles and enjoyment to

people, the sponsor’s brand automatically carves its own place in their minds by default. To this end, the title sponsor will be projected as the chief smile partner to generate more goodwill.

2. By associating with On The Rox which is a youthful and peppy movement that is steadily growing day by day, the sponsor establishes himself/herself as an entity which is open towards supporting and backing the youth, thereby automatically creating another market base by default.

3. Word of mouth marketing, on spot marketing, online and offline marketing and direct/indirect reach to innumerable people also works to establish the sponsor firmly in the minds of viewers and participants.
