After several years of high interest rates and drought, Scott resumed his college education and went on to earn a degree in Agricultural Business from Colorado State University in 1985. He then moved to Wyoming to begin his banking career 31 years ago in Big Piney. Scott contin- ued banking in several communities around Wyoming including: Saratoga, Sheridan, and Wheatland. In 2005 he was very excited to join Wyoming National Bank, a growing local commu- nity bank in Lander. Scott states this was a exciting change: “To provide local decisions and to focus on community success.” Scott has been married to Donna Estep for 35 years. ey have three daughters, currently at UW, CWC and Lander Middle School. Your new chip card is coming soon!If you’re a Wyoming Community Bank customer, you will be receiv-ing new EMV enabled debit cards in mid-June. Your current debit card will continue to work until June 20, 2016, so make sure to check your mail and activate your new card right away. �e new EMV cards will give you enhanced security to protect against fraud and will be treated di�erently at EMV enabled merchants and ATMs.

What is a chip enabled card (EMV)?Chip cards make in-person transactions more secure. Every transac-tion that uses the chip includes a one-time code. �is prevents stolen data from being fraudulently used to make a counterfeit card.

To make a purchase or ATM withdrawal with your new card:1. Insert the chip portion of the card into the reader or ATM with the chip facing up.2. Leave your card in the reader or ATM.3. Follow the prompts on the screen.4. Remember to take your card after your transaction is �nished.

Not all merchants and ATMs will have a chip enabled reader. No problem. Swipe your card.
