INTERCONTINENTAL HOTEL & RESORTREPORTING ON DUTY PROCEDURE
Restaurant & BarWaiter / Waitress / Trainee / Supervisor
Proceed back entrance of the hotel
Check through with Security or Time Keeper
Clocking in for duty by putting your thumb on the scanner
Check for clock scanner accepted clocking in
Proceed to Housekeeping to retrieve uniform
Changing into uniform
Report to your outlet
* Employees should clock in 10 minutes prior to your scheduled, * Employees report to scheduled outlet accordance to your scheduled time* At all times employees are not allow to use guest elevator , use employee's elevator only

EVENING OPENING CHECKLIST PROCEDURE
RESTAURANT & BARWaiter / Waitress / Trainee / Supervisor
Report for duty in full uniform
Check all tables are ready for service
Ensure floor is clean and free of stains
All tasks must be completed and checked from a Checklist
Check Restaurant lighting
Arrange additional setting to tables as per Restaurant Reservation List
Check daily specials with the Restaurant Chef .
Check for any missing wines or beverages
Attend Restaurant briefing
Open the Restaurant door, stand by to welcome Guest
Standard:
* Employee must report to respective Outlet in full uniform .
* Defective lighting and equipment must be reported immediately.
* Ensure the aircon is at right temperature.
* Stand by to receive Guests, 15 minutes prior to open scheduled.
* Ensure the Restaurant is completely set up and the entrance is cleaned before receiving Guests.
