The PWM waveform analysis on the EVE-100S

eliminates the need to perform visual

measurements on an oscilloscope. These new

tests sample the waveform, calculating 10% and

90% points, and measuring Rise Time, Fall Time,

and Duty Cycle with reliable high accuracy.

The system can be operated via automatic test suites or via a manual test mode. All results from the test suites are saved to an SD memory card on the unit in separate test reports. Test reports can be later identified by entering a unique identifier (e.g. EVSE serial number or location) via the touch screen or barcode scanner.

Manufacturing End of Line Testing

The EVE-100L can be integrated into a manufacturing test bed to verify correct operation of the EVSE prior to shipping to customers.

EVSE suppliers are required to execute a functional test of the Charge Circuit Interruption Device (CCID) in order to be compliant to safety standard UL 2231-1 & 2.

The Manual test screen allows the user change states to simulate the vehicle states. The user can monitor in real time the line voltage, pilot voltage, frequency and duty cycle of the PWM.

The user can configure delays before capturing minimum and maximum values of frequency and PWM on the duty cycle

• State A EVSE is not connected to Vehicle• State B EVSE is connected to Vehicle• State C EVSE is in Charge State (No Ventilation Required)• State D EVSE is in Charge State (Ventilation Required)
