Main work scope structure deformation inspection 1) The boom´s levelness and deflection inspection The purpose of the inspection is to grasp the boom´s levelness and deflection. By quantitative analysis, we could make sure whether the trolley rail installation is proper and whether its deformation meets the requirements of the standard and rules specified. 2) inspection of camber on boom simple-supported section and deflection on boom cantilever section, make sure the trolley runs stably and smoothly. Through measuring and analyzing for camber on boom simple-supported section and deflection on boom cantilever section, make sure the trolley runs stably and smoothly. 3) Trolley rail inspection y analysis Through measuring the height data of rail, distance between rail, deformation by welding, abrasion and damage situation,make sure the rail is in compliance with the requirements. The following aspects need to check: a) distance measure between trolley rails. b)The height check of L/R rail. c) straightness check of L/R rail.

2) inspection of camber on boom simple-supported section and deflection on boom
