Dear Applicant,
Thank you for your recent letter.
It does seem that Bibby and Jenner will have a place for one person wanting an internship/work experience this summer.
Your suitability, or otherwise, for the position will depend on your answer in a formal letter to the following points.

We are not able to offer any remuneration, nor any help in finding accommodation in Grenberg. I would like to make this clear so as to avoid any misunderstanding at a later date.
If you do not have a reply within seven working days of your letter, assume your application was unsuccessful.
Yours sincerely,
Mr H. Jenner

Hear youre applying to Bibby and Jenner. Its good
experience but both Bibby and Jenner are dreadful.
The staff are nice, though. When you apply stress
your willingness to do anything e.g. answering the
phone, staying late, willingness to do anything. Oh,
and dont forget to mention what a team player you
are!!!! They have no idea what teamwork is, but
never mind they want to hear you do ;) !
Good luck!
Speak to you soon,
Annie
You can post your version to the Writing practice forum, or just take a piece of paper
and write it down for yourself.
Then you can compare your solution with the model answer in the course.
