TECHNICAL SPECIFICATIONS

EUROCOLOR FLEX is a mortar made withcement, aggregates of a certain granulometry, synthetic polymers and waterproofing additives. It hardens without cracking,WITHOUT efflorescence, with great resistance and achieving bright colours.

HOW TO USEPreparation of the joints:Before applying EUROCOLOR FLEX, cleanall the joints. The aim is to have all thejoints resistant, solid, free from dust, paint,wax, oil, grease, etc.When the installation has been done withfast glue cement proceed to grout after 4hours; and if the installation has been donewith normal drying glue cement, thegrouting can be done after 24 hours.In very absorbent, dry joints or ones expo

EUROCOLOR FLEX should not beused:

Adding more water than indicatedin the instructions.

For seals that need to be resistantto acids (Use CERPOXI).

APPLICATION• Start the grouting if you have used:

- fast glue cement: after 4 hours.- normal glue cement: after 24 hours.

• Mixing water: approx. 6.8 litres per 25-kg sack.• Density of the mixture: 1.6 g/cm3

• Temperature of application: + 5 ºC to + 35 ºC• Useful life: 1 hour• Start cleaning: after 30 minutes at +20 ºC• Can be walked on after: 24 hours• Final hardening: 7 days

sed to the sun in warm periods, dampthem previously, bearing in mind that toomuch damp or a temperature range outside +5 ºC +35 ºC does not guaranteeeither a good consistency or a regularinstallation.

Preparation of the mixture:Mix with approximately 27% of clean water(6.8 litres of water for every 25 kg of Eurocolor Flex), until it is evenly distributed;use an electric mixer at low revolutions;leave to stand for 2 minutes; remix andthe mass will be ready to use.

Application of the mixture:Fill in the joints completely, with the helpof a rubber spatula (FIX-ESPÁTULA), exerting enough pressure to fill in all the existingcavities, and gradually removing all theexcesses with the same spatula. HALF ANHOUR AFTER ITS APPLICATION you canproceed with the surface finish of the jointand cleaning the tiles with the help of aslightly damp sponge.For large areas, there are rotating machineson the market, with special disks for installing and cleaning faster (please consultthe Technical Department).

Warning:To grout terracotta or floor tiles with absorbent surfaces, we recommend applying aninitial protective layer of FIX-OIL to closethe pores and thus make cleaning easier.If remains of the product are left, on roughstyle tiles, do a final cleaning 7 days aftergrouting, using cleaning oils such as GRESNET, suitably diluted 1:10.
