I am Carlos Zavala. I live in apartment 201. I like the environment of this place. It is quiet, no noise. The lobby is always clean. Gardens are beautiful. I get on with neighbours. I have been living for a year and a half. Since that time, everything had been working fine.

But last Friday while I was taking a shower, water stopped dead. I had not ended it, therefore I had to look for more water in the kitchen. Moreover, as I was in my bedroom I tried to switch the lights on and they are not working in all the apartment, therefore I looked for the light central station and tried to repair it, but I could not find it. By the time I was putting on, I realised I had forgotten faucet opened and the bathroom had flooded. As I had to go out with my fianc and I was focused on my date -I felt worried because I had taken too time taking a shower-, so I forgot faucet opened. And then while I was entering in my apartment the doorknob did not work and I tried to repair it but it came off. I could not enter my apartment and I called you but you never answer me. Therefore I have been staying in my friend's house.

I feel very hard-hit and worried because you have not called me as well as I have work that I need to finish before Monday, so I need to enter my apartment right away.
