ETKA is multi lingual. Please choose your language at the time
of installation. The ETKA DVD version does not contain prices for
spare parts. For price information regarding ETKA please contact
your domestic parts department. Internet data update weekly.
Option: yearly 10 DVD (extra charge: 5 per DVD). The license
agreement is valid indefinitely. The agreement can be cancelled in
writing no later than six weeks before the end of the contract
period, at the earliest after 36 months. If not cancelled, the
contract is prolonged for another 12 months. Cancellation is only
valid if the hardlock is given back to LexCom within 4 weeks.
Furthermore, LexCom reserves the right to demand financial
compensation for all hardlocks that are not given back by the
customer in case of support and cancellation of the agreement. ETKA
is a license software program produced by LexCom
Informationssysteme GmbH Mnchen and is protected by copyright. The
ETKA user guarantees that the program will not be used illegally,
copied or passed on to a third party. In case of program- or data
error for which LexCom is responsible, LexCom provides corrected
programs or data. Further claims, particularly those arising from
consequential damage are precluded. If the prices mentioned above
are being changed before LexCom receives the order, a new offer
will be made to the customer. There is no obligation for shipping
based on outdated prices. All prices are without VAT or any tax on
royalties.
