ESTATE PLANNING SEMINAR—Do you have a current will? A living trust? An estate plan? Our next Estate Planning Seminar will be held in the MPR (Multipurpose Room) this Thursday, November 1, at 10:00 AM. SURVIVING THE HOLIDAYS—On Saturday, November 10, at 10:00 AM in Gerig Hall we will have an encouraging seminar for our parishioners who have lost loved ones. It will help you survive the holidays and discover new reasons to enjoy them again. (See bulletin insert.)

FOOD FOR KIDZ—In April 2013, Grace Bible Church will participate in another Food For Kidz humanitarian effort through Luke Air Force Base. Next Sunday morning, November 4, we will begin raising money for this project through our Church- Assistance Fund Offering. Please come prepared.

OCTOBER IS PASTOR APPRECIATION MONTH. If you wish, you may place a greeting card in the basket at the Welcome Center.

Gene says, "What a year it has been for the Arnolds! From conducting a survival course for bush pilots to opening a Moody Aviation training facility (apart from MAF)." In June, one of Gene's former students and his wife were killed in Africa while on a flying mission, leaving two daughters. "As I grieve, God reminds me that if a sparrow can't fall without His care, how much less can His own children." Following a two-year wait, the Arnolds were finally able to bring home their two adopted Haitian daughters. The picture above is their first "family photo." Remember to pray for the Arnolds during this time of transition as they learn and lean on the Lord.
