Establishing moorish provincial government

Constitution Preserving the Principles of a Republic 1) Voting is not the indicator of the people's sovereignty unless in the constitutional charter it is written

that the people have a right to have their intent written in the bills that their representatives are making and passing into law.

2) Without the people's personally writing their intent collectively in the district of their jurisdiction and

venue as well as with their representatives to incorporate their will into the bills offered by the legislatures

Republic (Under the oath of the people) vs. Democracy (Under the oath or the bankers) 3) To recognize the inherited right in yourself and Moors in your community to operate an organized

society or congregation in your Moorish land or country

a. To gather and assemble the people within your Moorish community and meeting

e. Discuss issues and topics affecting and progressing the people in your Moorish community

f. Advertise and communicate with other unconscious Moorish organizations to establish a

4) Bring others who are conscious of their Moorish nationality and birthright to assemble and form

political structure

a. Bring the Moors together in your territorial province and do a census of the total amount of

registered applicants who will become the permanent population of the Moorish government body

b. After creating an assembly of conscious Moors establish a domicil location

c. Appointing a parliament council among the Moorish population in your Moorish community

d. Count the amount of people who are a part of your Moorish body politic/organization for

establishing free elections.

5) Create a Provincial domestic government flag and seal

a. With a vote of the Moorish population of your Moorish provincial government body to create

a Moorish provincial government flag and seal

b. After creating the flag and seal, they have to be approve by the people and their government

representatives

c. Public announcement must be done for open disclosure to the various Moorish provincial

governments in Morocco

6) Create a provincial constitution which outlines the functions of the governing body for your provincial

government and Moorish population

a. Each government will create Her own provincial (local) constitution by the parliament and

the Moorish population forming a written instrument that will delegate authority to the body structure of the governments

b. The constitution must be voted on and the Moorish population bill of rights must be

embodied in the instrument to protect the Moorish consanguinity and birthright.

c. After the constitution is unanimously approved by your Moorish provincial government, the

constitution must be ratified by the people and government body as a whole

7) Patent your flag, seal and constitution by mailing your instruments and documents within your own

country and sending them to your provincial government postal suite.

8) The Moorish provincial government must create Her mailing route by forming address or location

with new latitudes and longitudes
