Closing Remarks Establishing a Corporation-Wide Asset Management Program

Our key lessons learned so far:

Keep it simple and understandable.

Self assessment frameworks can provide a

quick way of establishing key opportunities.

Collaboration is key: Involve Council and Staff

across the organization where possible.
