•2006 Summer Program: a mile of fences, sidewalks, grading done •2007-8: Renovated 60 Apartments (Carrigan Greencrest/MB.Hsg.)•2008: Back/front yards fences (254 Apartments in Gilbert Park)•2009: 250 units in GP &LSP, 60 staff / annual payroll 1.5 million •Work Experience: two site managers and 60 trainees (progression)•Deconstruction, framing, drywall, finish work, installing cabinets•Hand tool and power tools / Apprenticeship Training
