igus® drylin® N Low Profile Guide Systems
drylin® is a range of maintenance and lubrication free linear bearings. The main benefits of
which are strength and resistance to external influences such as dirt, moisture, chemicals,
heat and impact
The N Low Profile Guide range consists of replaceable polymer sliding pads unlike the
traditional recirculating ball bearing systems. This provides a larger surface contact area
resulting in lower surface pressure
The low profile height and width of the anodised aluminium rail creates the possibility for
high speed and acceleration for short stroke applications with a high static load capacity
Low coefficients of friction create a very quiet operation with next to no magnetism which is corrosion resistant
and resistant to impacts and vibrations

The Rod Ends are suitable for arduous environments thanks to their resistance to weak acids and corrosion
