• Someone who has the courage or ability to do something unique and different for the greater good.

• Someone who is brave and is someone that other people can look up to whether its good or bad

How does a hero reflect his/her particular culture and society?

• Marshall Mathers grew up (for most of his life) in Detroit• Detroit is a very ghetto and dangerous neighborhood.• Detroit is actually on the verge of bankruptcy and made

it on the list of most dangerous cities• Marshall Mathers is the most dangerous with his lyrics.

Mathers made it big because he learned from his city that you have to be dangerous one way or another to get the respect that you deserve.

• His mother used to verbally abuse him as a child while also consuming a lot of prescription drugs and alcohol.

and his mother sued the school for lack of protection.• Bullies made him suffer from nightmares and antisocial

behaviors.• He was beaten up in restrooms at school, people threw ice
