I was part of a sorority while I was at K-State. I liked it because it gave me opportunities to volunteer and for academic and social outlets as well.

When I was in 9th grade I went to Costa Rica on a mission trip. This is where I fell in love with the language and culture!

In college I studied abroad in Queretaro, Mexico. The bottom picture is me and my best friend outside our school "Tec de Monterrey". The top picture is at the top of the Pyramid of the Sun in the ruins of the Aztec capital.

I am married. My husband's name is Conrad. He is a soldier in the Army and we live in Fort Riley.

This is my first son. He is two years-old. His name is Kent. My favorite picture is the middle, bottom one where he is with 4 generations of "Conrad Kent Seyfried"s .

This is our second son. His name is Ares, he is 9 months-old.

I also like things outside of school and my family. The dolphin is my favorite animal. I love all types of music. I also love Jeopardy and trivia in general!

INTRODUCTION GAME

the rules. • Your objective is to figure out the rules.

TEAM BUILDING ACTIVITY

• You will work with your groups.• The goal is to build the tallest tower you can.• The only rule is that you may only use the 6

spaghetti noodles and 10 marshmallows.• You have 10 minutes to complete the task.

NAME GAME

• You have one minute to come up with a word that describes you. Ex – Social Sally• We will go around in a circle and introduce ourselves using

the adjective and our name, then repeat all of the names of people who went before you.
