The Quik Welder® Accessory eliminates a cumbersome ground based welder that requires long leads that could be damaged and down time from repositioning the welder.

■ Pipe/Conduit Racks – manufacturer approved pipe racks provide positive retention of materials during transport and installation for plumbing, mechanical and sprinkler contractors. storage outside of the platform prevents rail damage and optimizes available platform space.
■5-1/2"BenchVise–Cuttingandthreadingpipearefrequentrequirements.Therail-mountedviseislocatedatacomfortableheight to securely hold materials for these applications.
■ Workstation – In addition to the ability to carry multiple tools and components (see the electrician package) the Plumber’s Package includes a 12V plug, powered by the scissor batteries, that provides power to the user supplied tool charger to keep productivity at the highest level.

■ Workstation – Installing conduit connectors, power boxes,receptaclesandcuttingdrywallaretypicalelectrical contractor applications that require battery powered tools. The JlG® Workstation keeps these tools within reach and off the floor eliminating a potential tripping hazard. Included in the Workstation isastowable8"x20"workbenchforcuttingmaterials,wiringlightfixtures,boxes,etc.TheJLGWorkstationhas molded pockets to provide ample storage for boxesofconnectors,hangersorotherloosematerials to keep fasteners accessible and the deck free of debris and space open for bending conduit. (see plumbers package for information on the optional 12V plug.)
■ Conduit/Pipe Racks – Hanging conduit is a key electrical contractor application. manufacturer approved conduit racks provide a secure carrying place, outside of the platform and reduce clutter. In addition to saving platform space, the racks conveniently swing inward for storage to maintain overall machine width for travel in confined areas.
■Electrician’sTree–Byprovidingawirespoolloomintheplatformforrunningelectricalwirethroughconduit,thecontractorcan eliminate ground based wire trees and decrease friction by lifting wire spools to the conduit.

JLG Workstation – This removable Workstation optimizes platform space by holding a reciprocating saw, drill, circular saw,batterychargerandsix-inchbysix-inchcomponentboxes,keepingyourtoolsandcomponentsallwithinarm’sreach.Plus,apull-outtrayisincludedtoprovideaflatworking surface near the top of the rails.
Optional 12V plug is connected to the scissor batteries to provide power to the customer provided tool charger.
Pipe/Conduit Racks – Free up platform space and reduce trip hazards by storing pipe or conduit outside of the platform in the optimal lifting position for the installer.
Rail Mounted Vise– Clamp pipe for threading and cutting or hold other work materials in the rail mounted vise.
Quik Welder® Package – Ideal for spot welding, this self-containedwirefeedweldersavestimebyeliminating the need to move bulky tanks or cumbersome weld leads by integrating the leads and utilizing the scissor batteries to power the welder.
Electrician’s Tree – speed up wire pulling and reduce friction associated with ground based wiretreesbycarryingsix500-foot wire spools in the scissor lift platform.
