contains an error. In the table, the data for average caloric intakeof (kcal/kg ABW/d) and (kcal/kg CBW/d) for both eucaloric andhypocaloric feeding are identical. The corrected table, with thedata in question bolded, appears below. We extend our apologiesto the Authors for this most unfortunate occurrence.
