Butler/Household Manager
I was working for a High-end Profile Family from Geneva Switzerland as a butler and household manager in Cape
Town South Africa My duties included the following :
Preparing and serving of breakfast on a daily basis
Doing shopping for the household on a daily basis
Taking charge of all the household responsibilities including:
Laundry,ironing,valet ,dry cleaning and cleaning of the whole house.
Supervising the housekeepers and staff
Maintain a high form of service in the house
Serving snacks and drinks to the family and friends
Dealing with contractors and running errands
Maintain the swimming pool
To supervise and communicate with staff on a professional level
Doing stock take on a daily basis including fridges,bar fridge,wine cellar,kitchen and food stock
To make sure everything is up to standard and in place
Working for this family was a wonderful and exciting experience, and a opportunity to learn and add more
valuable information and new skills to my profile and life.
Production Assistant (Corporate Butler)
I was working as a Production Assistant (Corporate butler) for 3 months at Green planet productions while looking
for a permanent position. My duties included the folowing:
Driving the production staff around
Managing and supervising the production staff
Buying Products and doing shopping for the company
Dealing with contractors and running errands
Serving food and beverages at dinner parties and corporate functions
Working for Green Planet Productions was a useful experience and a chance to show my butler skills in the

I started working at the St Regis Hotel as a Housekeeping Supervisor and got a promotion after two months to a
floor butler and then to a lobby butler . I am a trained Professional pianist and were appointed to be pianist in the
main lobby,this gave me a wonderful chance to show my butler as well as my musician skills. My duties included :
Greeting the Guest on arrival
Serving Welcome drinks and Snacks to the Guest on arrival

Working at St Regis doha a Starwood luxury Property gave me the chance to develop new skills and to meet
wonderful and famous people and improve my service and skills.
