From the Dallas/Fort Worth International Airport (DFW): • Exit DFW on International Parkway through north exit • Continue north on TX-121 North for approximately 17 miles • Turn right on Legacy Drive • Pass through the intersection of Legacy and Communications Parkway • Turn right into the Ericsson Village parking lot just past Ericsson Inc. sign • Follow signage to Visitor/Customer parking • Enter the Tejas Visitor Center on east side of building complex - or -

• Take the north exit out of DFW and exit I-635 going east • Take I-635 east until you get to the Dallas North Tollway • Exit Dallas North Tollway going north • Continue on Dallas North Tollway (past George Bush Turnpike, Hwy. 190) to Legacy

Parking (Plano) Ericsson Village Students are to park in parking areas designated for Visitor Parking.

Checking In (Plano) Ericsson Village Enter the Ericsson Village through the Tejas entrance and stop at the Security Desk. The receptionist and Tejas Security personnel will be there to greet and assist you in the sign-in and student badge assignment process. After you sign-in and have been issued a student badge, you will be directed to the proper classroom. Keep your student badge with you until your class is over or on Fridays. If your class is longer than a week, Security will give you a new badge at the start of the new week. The receptionist and Tejas Security personnel are always available to answer general questions regarding the facility and other areas.

Guest Internet Access (WIFI) (Plano) To access the Internet, students are now given a temporary login account to the Guest Internet Access (WIFI) wireless service at check-in time.

Shipping (Plano) There are two UPS drop boxes on the property – one in the Wildflowers Building 2nd floor lobby behind Security (pick up is at 5:30 p.m.), and a drop located in the Rivers Building behind Security is picked up each evening at 6:00 pm. UPS supplies are available in the Customer Conference Center down the hall from the Reception Area. Student UPS account numbers or credit cards can be used to ship items. Ericsson does not pay to ship students’ packages. The receptionist can assist students with filling out the airway bills and make

sure they are put in the drop boxes (students will not have access to those buildings).

Parking (Piscataway) Students are to park in Parking Lots 1 or 2 and enter through Building 4 (Tower) to the Security Desk for check-in.

Checking-In (Piscataway) During business hours, the Ericsson New Jersey, Piscataway campus has a staffed lobby to welcome and assist visitors. It is the responsibility of the security lobby attendant to verify that all individuals entering through the lobby are properly badged and/or registered. Anyone not displaying an Ericsson identification badge must sign in and receive an Ericsson approved badge. Lobbies in RRC buildings 4 and 6 have a receptionist on duty Monday – Friday between 8:00am to 5:00pm. When visitors and vendors come on site, they need to be signed in at one of the building entrance lobbies. All campus visitor rules must be followed.

Visiting Ericsson Employees Employees who received their Ericsson badge outside of the US will find that their badges might not work at the New Jersey, Piscataway campus. When arriving they can be issued a temporary employees badge for their use in New Jersey, Piscataway. The temporary badge must be returned to one of the lobby attendants before the employee visitor leaves the campus.
