It is a multilateral project, subsidised by the European Union, which involves the high-schools from five countries: Germany, Poland, Hungary, Spain and France.


During 3 years of the project, participants collected their research to finalize this joint project. They met in the five countries and exchanged in writing through e-Twinning and video conferencing on Skype. They centralised their files on a common Dropbox account and by e-mail.The language chosen for the project and communication was English.

1- The objective of an "Erasmus +" project is to promote language skills, European citizenship, personal development and multiculturalism of students.

2- The wishes of the European Union in its financing projects are to decrease the school failure rate and youth unemployment rate (January, 2016: 7% in Germany, 15% in Hungary, 20,5% in Poland, 25,7% in F, 47,5% in Spain)

3- The aim of our project "Fit for work in Europe" is to develop the adaptability and employability of young people in the European labor market.(Our project was successfully accepted by the EU, since we obtained a score of 97.8 points out of 100.)

1- Meeting in LAHR from16th to 22nd

Implementation of the project before the meeting in Lahr

Each country had to :

- Design a logo proposal likely to represent the project- Create a Website structure for the project

- Make a slideshow presenting the city, the high school and the training of the students.

- Create a slideshow presenting the labor market, focusing on youth employment and the sectors of activity that recruit.

- Elaborate a slideshow on the opportunities offered to a young European to study in the host country.

1- Meeting in SIEDLCE

Implementation of the project before the meeting in Siedlce

Each country had to : •Create 3 slideshows presenting the tips and pitfalls to avoid in order to have a successful CV, a cover letter and a job interview“•Create a job offer to send to each partner country.•Design 2 job applications for each job offer received, taking into account recruitment criteria sent by each country. (that means 8 CVs and 8 cover letters per country)•From his or her job offer sent, select the best application , taking into account his or her own recruitment criteria.

All the students had to train for job interviews by discovering assessment centers through documentary research on the Internet, by participating in a job interview with professionals, by watching "el metodo", a Spanish film about recruiting, by creating a digital CV in English.

1- Meeting in DEBRECEN From 8th to

Implementation of the project before the meeting in Debrecen

Each country had to :

•Make a 10 minutes film on the testimony of a student or a European trainee who studies or works in our country.

•Make a 10 minutes film on the testimony of a fellow citizen who would have experience in studying or working abroad.

•Carry out a 10 minutes video with a professional explaining his requirements in terms of European applications. The film will include a visit to the company.

Implementation of the project before the meeting in Hennebont

•Creation of a flyer for the visit to Paris (France)

•Creation of a flyer for the "Fit for work in Europe" project (4 partners)

•Implementation and analysis of a survey on "the mobility of young people abroad". (France)

•Creation of a slideshow on the strengths and weaknesses of the French economy.


Third Year : 2016-2017

1- Meeting in TARRAGONA

• Making a slideshow on "How can a young European stay mentally and physically healthy?“

• Creation of a workshop of 20' proposing physical activities, playful and mind consciousness activities

• Implementation and analysis of a survey on “future plans and wishes , compatibility of family and career, work life balance.”(Poland)


Third Year : 2016-2017

•Slideshow on the political influence of trade unions (including a visit and an interview of a representative trade union)

•Slideshow on students' brainstorming on their documentary and iconographic research on "the hopes, dreams and desires of young people on the evolution of the European labor market.

•Prepare two questions to ask to an European member of Parliament.

•Slideshow on the tools used and the places where the group communicated on the project

•Slideshow on the 3 years of the project to be presented to the European Parliament.
